Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute on time delivery of jobs line wise and co-ordinate with inter-departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Follow up on the pending payments and ensure proper order closure.

  • Manage effective expediting activities by obtaining timely feedback/updates.

  • Coordinate with Procurement for Foreign Purchase Order (FPO), Local Purchase Order (LPO) and material status follow-up.

  • Constantly keep the customers informed on the material status as per the defined delivery timeline.

  • Coordinate with various Departments; QC for approval of documents; Logistics for collection/shipment/clearance of the material; Inventory for having the material inventoried in the system and Finance for timely payment to the supplier to ensure no time is lost for completion of respective activity.

  • Constantly liaise with the Commercial team for timely updates of the sales order.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma/ Bachelor's in any discipline.

Minimum 0 -2 years of experience.

Good Verbal & Written communication skills.

Candidate must have a Family book.

Work from home/Flexible

Salary: AED 6000/- Per Month
