Roles & Responsibilities
Execute on time delivery of jobs line wise and co-ordinate with inter-departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up on the pending payments and ensure proper order closure.
Manage effective expediting activities by obtaining timely feedback/updates.
Coordinate with Procurement for Foreign Purchase Order (FPO), Local Purchase Order (LPO) and material status follow-up.
Constantly keep the customers informed on the material status as per the defined delivery timeline.
Coordinate with various Departments; QC for approval of documents; Logistics for collection/shipment/clearance of the material; Inventory for having the material inventoried in the system and Finance for timely payment to the supplier to ensure no time is lost for completion of respective activity.
Constantly liaise with the Commercial team for timely updates of the sales order.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma/ Bachelor's in any discipline.
Minimum 0 -2 years of experience.
Good Verbal & Written communication skills.
Candidate must have a Family book.

Salary: AED 6000/- Per Month
