Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers, ensuring a seamless experience for both the company and applicants.
  • Administer employee onboarding, including preparing employment contracts, and facilitating orientation programs.
  • Handle employee relations matters, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements and benefits administration.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proficient in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in HR principles.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the trading or related industry.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR practices.
