Senior Service Now Solution Architect 12-Month Contract | Abu Dhabi | Onsite
We’ve partnered with a large enterprise organisation in the UAE looking for a highly experienced Senior Service Now Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale platform architecture across multiple Service Now domains. This is a senior leadership role focused on platform strategy, governance, architecture, and large-scale transformation delivery within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Requirements: • 15+ years overall IT experience • 7–10+ years hands-on Service Now architecture experience • Strong enterprise architecture and governance background • Deep experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Sec Ops, HRSD, App Engine, CMDB/CSDM • Experience leading multi-domain Service Now programmes at enterprise scale • Strong integration architecture experience across SAP, HR, Finance, Security platforms • Experience within SAFe delivery environments • Oil & Gas industry experience is mandatory • UAE/GCC experience is mandatory • Service Now CTA highly desirable
You’ll Be Doing: • Owning end-to-end Service Now platform architecture • Leading architecture governance and design authority forums • Driving enterprise-wide platform strategy and roadmap • Designing scalable multi-module Service Now solutions • Defining integration and API architecture across enterprise systems • Supporting AI/automation initiatives within the platform • Partnering closely with senior business and technology stakeholders
