About the Role The PR and Media Relations Director is a hands-on role responsible for leading andexecuting public relations, media relations, and reputation management across theholding’s portfolio of companies, including CNTXT AI. The role works directly across businesses with different audiences, technologies, andmarkets, while also managing the media presence and public positioning of the CEO. This role combines strategic ownership with day-to-day execution, ensuring thateach company and the holding are accurately, consistently, and crediblyrepresented across media and public channels.
Key Responsibilities1. Holding & Portfolio PRLead PR and media relations activities across the portfolio companies. Manage media outreach, pitching, press interactions, and ongoing journalist relationships across different sectors and audiences. Adapt PR approaches and messaging based on each company’s market, maturity, and business model. Coordinate and deliver media support for key announcements, launches, partnerships, and milestones.2. CEO & Leadership Media Execution Directly manage and execute the CEO’s media presence, including interviews,thought leadership, and public-facing engagements. Prepare messaging, talking points, and briefing materials for leadership media interactions. Proactively identify and pursue media opportunities that support leadership visibility across relevant industries.3. Narrative & Messaging Ownership Develop, maintain, and apply core narratives at company level. Translate complex or technical topics into clear, media-ready stories for different external audiences. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across press materials, interviews, and public statements.4. Cross-Company Coordination Work directly with marketing and leadership teams across portfolio companies to align PR priorities and execution. Balance centralized execution with the specific needs and constraints of individual companies. Ensure timely information flow and coordination across companies without slowing execution. Role Expectations Operates with a high degree of autonomy and trust, with ownership over media decisions and execution across the portfolio. Works in close partnership with the CEO and senior leadership, with direct exposure to leadership thinking and decision-making. Balances hands-on execution with strategic judgment, owning outcomes rather than just activities. Navigates multiple companies, industries, and audiences, gaining broad portfolio-level experience rarely found in single-brand roles. Plays a visible role in shaping how the holding, its companies, and its leadership are perceived externally. Continuously sharpens judgment, storytelling, and media instincts through real-time, high-impact work.
