Asset Homes International Properties is looking for an experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead and grow our Abu Dhabi branch.
If you are passionate about the Abu Dhabi real estate market, confident in leading teams, and motivated to build a high-performing sales force while earning strong commissions through team success — this opportunity is for you.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market
Proven experience in handling and leading a sales team
Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary market sales
Excellent communication, leadership, and closing skills
Ability to recruit, train, and motivate agents
Target-driven mindset with strong business development abilities

What We Offer
Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 15,000
Up to 20% incentives on team business performance
