A Planning & Risk Co-ordinator is required to join an international contractor working on a major Oil & Gas construction project based in Abu Dhabi. This role will support the Project Controls team in coordinating planning, scheduling, progress reporting, and project risk management activities across a large-scale EPC development. Key Responsibilities Support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules and progress reporting Coordinate planning activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams Assist in schedule analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement Maintain project risk registers and coordinate risk management processes Facilitate risk identification workshops and follow up on mitigation actions Prepare planning and risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for project management and client review Monitor schedule risks, critical path activities, and project exposure Ensure compliance with company and client project controls procedures Requirements Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Controls, Project Management, or related discipline Previous experience within Oil & Gas, EPC, energy, or large-scale construction projects Risk Management Professional (RMP) Experience in both project planning/scheduling and risk coordination Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office applications Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills Experience working within multinational project environments Middle East experience preferred Fluent English communication skills
