Roles & Responsibilities

  • NEBOSH Course Certificate is Compulsory.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.

  • Develop and deliver engaging safety training programs tailored to specific roles and tasks, ensuring all employees understand their safety responsibilities.

  • Investigate incidents and accidents thoroughly to determine root causes, preparing detailed reports and recommendations to prevent future occurrences.

  • Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety measures into project planning and execution, promoting a culture of safety across all levels.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field, providing a solid foundation of safety principles and practices.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, showcasing a proven track record in implementing effective safety programs.
  • Certification in HSE management (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.) to demonstrate recognized expertise and commitment to professional development.
  • Experience in high-risk industries such as construction, oil & gas, or manufacturing, ensuring familiarity with sector-specific hazards.
