Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook healthy, well-balanced meals based on nutritional standards

  • Design customized meal plans according to client goals and dietary needs

  • Calculate calories and nutritional values for each meal

  • Develop and update healthy menus (Keto, Vegan, Low-Carb, High-Protein)

  • Select fresh, high-quality, and organic ingredients

  • Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

  • Apply healthy cooking methods (grilling, steaming, boiling instead of frying)

  • Manage portion control to maintain balanced meals

  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure quality and timely service

  • Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation

  • Minimize food waste and manage inventory efficiently

  • Create and innovate new healthy recipes

  • Communicate with clients when needed to explain meal plans or dietary programs

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in healthy or diet-based cuisine

  • Strong knowledge of nutrition, calorie counting, and balanced diets

  • Experience in preparing specialized diets (Keto, Vegan, Low-Carb, Gluten-Free)

  • Ability to design customized meal plans based on client needs

  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative healthy recipes

  • Strong attention to detail in food quality, taste, and presentation

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
