Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Handle customer inquiries received through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in clients.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, solutions, and alternatives.

  • Prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations based on customer specifications and project requirements.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations and inquiries to convert leads into confirmed sales orders.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products and services.

Customer Coordination

  • Provide timely responses to customer queries regarding pricing, product availability, technical details, and delivery schedules.

  • Coordinate with customers regarding order confirmations, modifications, and delivery updates.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and prompt support.

Order Processing & Documentation

  • Generate quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and related sales documents using Tally and Microsoft Excel.

  • Maintain proper records of inquiries, quotations, sales orders, and customer communications.

  • Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and properly updated in the system.

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with the procurement team for material availability and sourcing of required items.

  • Work closely with warehouse, packing, and logistics teams to ensure timely order preparation and dispatch.

  • Coordinate with drivers and delivery personnel regarding delivery schedules, locations, and documentation requirements.

  • Liaise with the outdoor sales team regarding customer requirements, project updates, and sales opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Indoor Sales, Technical Sales, or Sales Coordination within industrial or electrical trading sectors.

  • Experience in industrial automation, switchgear, electrical products, industrial switches, control panels, PLCs, gears, HSD systems, or related products is highly preferred.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.

  • UAE market experience will be considered an added advantage.

  • Knowledge of industrial products and technical terminology preferred.
