A successful Vice President - Leasing should have: * 15+ years of experience within leasing, commercial real estate or destination led retail environments, including senior leadership exposure managing large scale portfolios * Strong background in retail, F&B and lifestyle leasing with proven success driving commercial performance and tenant partnerships * Deep understanding of the UAE and GCC retail landscape, tenant ecosystem and evolving consumer trends * Demonstrated experience leading high value leasing negotiations, stakeholder management and strategic commercial partnerships * Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing high performing leasing and commercial teams * Strong commercial, financial and operational acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth, portfolio optimisation and long term asset value * Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate or a related discipline. MBA or postgraduate qualifications would be advantageous
