Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Manlift / Forklift Operator to join our transportation client in Ras Al Khaimah,UAE. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient and secure movement of equipment and materials across job sites, contributing directly to project timelines and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience operating both forklifts and manlifts in fast-paced environments, with a strong commitment to safety compliance, equipment maintenance, and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and manlifts safely and efficiently to transport materials, equipment, and inventory across job sites and storage areas.
  
• Conduct pre-operational inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and report any defects or maintenance needs immediately.
  
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE, load capacity limits, and site-specific regulations.
  
• Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing rental equipment for dispatch and return.
  
• Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, fuel consumption, and operational hours.
  
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of rental services.
  
• Adhere to company policies, OSHA and UAE safety guidelines, and environmental best practices.
  
• Provide support during equipment setup, breakdown, and relocation as needed.
  
• Respond promptly to urgent operational demands and support immediate job site requirements.
  

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Forklift Operator and Manlift Operator in a commercial or industrial setting.
  
• Valid UAE Forklift License No. 8 (mandatory for forklift operations).
  
• Proven practical experience operating manlifts (no formal license required, but on-the-job competency is essential).
  
• Strong understanding of safety procedures, load stability, and equipment limitations.
  
• Ability to work in diverse weather conditions and on uneven or elevated surfaces.
  
• Physical fitness to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
  
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, as required by operational demands.
  
• Immediate availability for joining – urgent hiring with no delay.
  
• Prior experience in rental services, construction, logistics, or industrial maintenance is highly advantageous.
