With decades of regional expertise and a reputation for excellence, we are looking to expand our project delivery team with an experienced Senior Project Manager based in UAE.
The Role We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-profile interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional client management capabilities, and a proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Role Duties:
- Lead and manage multiple fit-out projects from inception to completion
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reporting to senior management
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and HSE requirements
- Coordinate closely with design, commercial, and operations teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in project management within the interior fit-out industry
- Strong UAE/GCC market experience is essential
- Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial, retail, or hospitality projects
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and contractual understanding
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
