Roles & Responsibilities
Study RFQ, tender drawings, specifications and BOQ
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for joinery works Estimate detailed costs for materials, labor, factory production, and installation Source and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare comparison sheets and finalize competitive rates Coordinate with factory and site teams for accurate costing
Prepare item-wise BOQ breakdowns for joinery scope Preparation of qualifications, exclusions and clarifications.
Assist in value engineering and cost optimization Support for preparing tender queries and post-tender clarifications
Prepare variation and change order pricing Update and maintain cost databases for UAE market rates
Ensure estimates comply with drawings, specifications, and company standards Work closely with QS, procurement and design teams

5-7 Years of relavant UAE exposure
