We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities, coordinating activities, and supporting the facility management team to provide a safe and efficient environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
- Manage communication between tenants, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Schedule and supervise maintenance and repair work to minimize disruption.
- Maintain records of facility services, inspections, and compliance reports.
- Assist in budgeting and procurement related to facility supplies and services.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support facility-related projects and improvements as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities coordination or management, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and service providers effectively.
- Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations relevant to facility management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Flexibility to handle urgent issues and emergencies when they arise.
