� Restaurant General Manager Wanted – Turnaround Opportunity �

We are looking for a highly experienced Restaurant General Manager to take full operational responsibility for an established restaurant in Ras Al Khaimah.

This is not a routine management role. The business is in a turnaround phase and requires a results-driven leader who can increase sales, improve profitability, control costs, and restore operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations

  • Lead and train staff to deliver excellent customer service

  • Increase dine-in, takeaway, and delivery sales

  • Develop and execute local marketing campaigns

  • Control food cost, labor cost, and waste

  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships

  • Optimize Talabat and other delivery platform performance

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

  • Produce weekly reports on sales, costs, and profitability

  • Implement systems and controls to improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing and turning around a restaurant

  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials and KPIs

  • Experience with delivery platforms such as Talabat

  • Ability to increase footfall and build repeat business

  • Excellent leadership and staff management skills

  • Hands-on, proactive, and highly accountable

  • UAE experience preferred
