As a Mystery Shopper, you will play a critical role in evaluating customer service, product quality, and compliance with company standards by visiting various retail and service locations confidentially. Responsibilities: - Conduct assigned visits to stores, restaurants, and service providers across the UAE according to predetermined criteria. - Observe and assess customer service quality, employee behavior, store cleanliness, and adherence to company policies. - Complete detailed reports and provide honest, objective feedback based on experiences during visits. - Maintain confidentiality and anonymity to ensure unbiased evaluations. - Meet deadlines for submitting evaluations and maintain accurate records of visits.

- Strong observational and reporting skills with keen attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism during evaluations. - Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently. - Reliable and flexible to perform visits across various locations within the UAE. - Basic proficiency with smartphones or tablets for submitting reports is preferred.
