Roles & Responsibilities

The BIM Developer is responsible for advancing the company's BIM capabilities through scripting, automation, and tool development. This role bridges the gap between BIM modeling workflows and digital construction delivery by developing bespoke solutions that improve efficiency and data quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Dynamo scripts, Revit add-ins, and automation tools to streamline BIM workflows.

• Build and manage project information databases and BIM data integrations with ERP/project management systems.

• Support development and maintenance of company BIM standards, templates, and shared parameter libraries.

• Collaborate with BIM Coordinators and project teams to identify and implement digital process improvements.

• Evaluate and integrate new BIM/digital construction technologies into company workflows.

• Provide training and technical support to BIM team members on tools and automation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Computer Science.

• 7–12 years of experience with demonstrable BIM development/automation expertise.

• Proficiency in Dynamo, Python, C# (Revit API), and/or other BIM scripting environments.

• Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and CDE platforms.

• Experience in UAE Tier 1 contracting environment preferred.
