Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Store Supervisor who can take full ownership of the store and deliver a premium retail experience. This role requires someone who understands not just sales, but presentation, customer engagement, and smooth operations. You will be the face of Canvas on the floor — ensuring every customer walks into a well-managed, visually appealing, and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Independently manage day-to-day store operations Deliver a high-end, customer-first experience at all times Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays Handle billing, POS operations, and daily sales tracking Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination Oversee printing services (documents, cards, banners, etc.) Ensure all products are displayed in a premium and structured manner Identify fast-moving items and suggest new product additions Support basic promotional activities and in-store engagement ideas Maintain discipline, accountability, and store standards What We’re Looking For 2–4 years experience in stationery, retail, or print shop operations Strong sense of organization, presentation, and responsibility Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus) Familiarity with stationery products and printing services Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, MS Office) Ability to handle the store independently with confidence Added Advantage Experience in UAE retail environment Basic design skills (CorelDRAW / Photoshop) Eye for aesthetics and premium product placement Work Environment Professional, clean, and design-focused retail space Opportunity to grow with a modern and expanding brand Structured yet creative working atmosphere
