Position Summary
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations, support, and enhancement projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance and Projects modules and strong functional knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, CRP sessions, UAT support, and user training.
• Manage end-to-end implementation activities including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Prepare functional specification documents and coordinate with technical teams for integrations and reporting requirements.
• Handle change requests, issue resolution, and production support activities.
• Work closely with business users and project stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Hands-on experience in the following modules:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Expense Management
• Tax
• Projects
• Intercompany Accounting
• Financial Reporting
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials
• Expertise in:
o FBDI / ADFDI
o OTBI
o BI Publisher
o BPM Workflow
o SLA
• Good understanding of P2P, O2C, and R2R business processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Finance.
• At least 3–5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
• Experience in support and enhancement projects is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Commerce / IT.
• Oracle Fusion Financials Certification preferred.
• CA / CPA / MBA Finance is an added advantage.
