Talentspoc is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our distinguished healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and surgically treating a broad range of conditions involving the mouth, jaws, and facial structures.
This includes performing complex surgeries such as corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma repair, dental implants, and pathology removal, while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans that improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations utilizing clinical examination and imaging techniques.
Develop and execute individualized surgical treatment plans.
Perform a variety of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures with a focus on precision and patient safety.
Manage preoperative and postoperative patient care to ensure successful recovery.
Collaborate effectively with dental, medical, and allied health professionals.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.
Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated with advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
Active board certification and valid state dental license.
Minimum of 5 years of post-residency experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Demonstrated expertise in performing diverse surgical procedures within the specialty.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
Strong dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.
