Medical degree (M.
D. or equivalent) with specialization in Urology.
Completion of residency or fellowship training in Urology.
Board certification or equivalent credentials.
Minimum 8 years of clinical experience as a Urologist.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
