Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Location: Ajman Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 3–5 Years Job Summary:The role is responsible for complete end-to-end ownership of Salesforce and all integrated enterprise systems, covering the full lifecycle from requirement gathering and process mapping to configuration, customization coordination, UAT, deployment, and continuous improvement. The role manages Salesforce administration, automation, data integrity, Experience Cloud portals, Mule Soft integrations, ERP connectivity, mobile app interactions, tele-bot flows, and all third-party API integrations while ensuring every business process is fully mapped, documented, automated, and aligned with organizational objectives. The position produces BRDs, FRDs, process flows, architecture diagrams, and system documentation; oversees integration logic, data models, and system performance; coordinates with developers, vendors, and internal departments; and ensures stable, scalable, secure, and efficient digital operations with minimal manual intervention across the company. Key Responsibilities:• Own and manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementation from discovery to post-go-live stabilization, ensuring all business processes are fully translated into system logic. • Lead requirement-gathering sessions with all departments to capture functional needs, gaps, dependencies, and future automation possibilities. • Document business requirements in BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for all new features, modules, and enhancements. • Design detailed process flows, end-to-end diagrams, workflow charts, system flow logic, decision matrices, and automation rules for all departments. • Translate business processes into scalable Salesforce configurations including objects, fields, flows, rules, record types, permission structures, and automation frameworks. • Coordinate with Salesforce developers for Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, LWC components, APIs, and integration code. • Review and validate development items before testing or UAT to ensure quality and alignment with functional documents. • Manage sandbox environments, deployments, version controls, and change sets across all orgs. • Create and maintain technical documentation including data models, integration maps, API structures, and system behavior references. • Own and maintain the Salesforce data model ensuring scalability and reporting alignment. • Manage integrations with ERP, UAE PASS, ARRA, DLD, payment gateways, Whats App, SMS, tele-bot, marketing platforms, and future systems. • Coordinate full API lifecycle including design, authentication, mapping, logging, and error handling. • Lead integration testing and validate data synchronization accuracy. • Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners to ensure technical alignment and timely delivery. • Ensure all configurations and development follow Salesforce best practices and governor limits. • Lead Experience Cloud portal design for customers and brokers. • Prepare system design documents and architecture diagrams. • Conduct technical feasibility assessments for new requirements and integrations. • Manage regression testing, release management, and production deployments. • Provide continuous Salesforce administration including access, permissions, and security reviews. • Create advanced dashboards for leadership across sales, finance, collections, and operations. • Conduct system audits for data integrity, duplicates, and automation logs. • Train internal teams on new workflows, portals, and enhancements. • Lead UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and final sign-off. • Ensure all workflows are fully documented with visual diagrams. • Act as the internal Salesforce SME across all departments. • Identify automation opportunities and eliminate manual processes. • Monitor system performance, storage, API usage, and health logs. • Ensure all enhancements align with long-term scalability and IT governance. • Maintain compliance with UAE data protection laws and Salesforce security standards. • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
