We’re searching for an Assistant Director of Marketing & Communications with the creativity, strategic mindset, and passion for luxury hospitality to help elevate our brand presence, drive guest engagement, and bring our resort story to life across every platform and guest touchpoint.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Support the development and execution of strategic marketing and communications plans aligned with business goals
- Drive brand awareness and guest engagement through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and promotional activities
- Manage and maintain brand consistency across all guest-facing communication and marketing materials
- Oversee website content, SEO, online reputation management, and digital performance initiatives
- Coordinate media visits, influencer collaborations, PR activities, press releases, and promotional events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and key industry stakeholders
- Work closely with the sales and commercial teams to support campaigns, promotions, and revenue-driving initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance to identify opportunities and improve results
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking ROI, and preparing performance reports
- Lead content creation including photography, videography, storytelling, and campaign messaging aligned with the luxury positioning of the brand
- Coordinate with operational departments to ensure smooth execution of events, activations, and guest experiences
- Support crisis communication and ensure timely and professional handling of brand-related matters
What We need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Public Relations, or Marketing Communications within luxury hotels or hospitality brands
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and content development
- Experience managing PR activities, media relations, influencer partnerships, and marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong written and spoken English
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand presentation
- Previous luxury hotel or resort experience is highly preferred
- A strong network of media, PR, and industry contacts would be an advantage
