Job description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the acceptance and delivery of cargo and maintaining high standard of customer service
• Oversee the work of porters and equipment operators in the buildup and breakdown of cargo, courier and inspect and verify cargo at each stage
• Carry out an inventory of goods at the request of customers and record of any deviations
• record the details of cargo accepted and delivered for tracking purposes, using manual and automated system
• Inspect and validate all associated cargo documentation to ensure safe and efficient acceptance and delivery of cargo
• Assistant and support all official to ensure the safe and efficient movement of cargo
• ensure that dangerous good are handled in compliance with IATA dangerous goods and regulation
• Carry and use PDA to perform job functions as required

• Ensure that the handling of time and temperature sensitive shipments compliance with EU GDP requirements 

  
  

Requirements

• Plus two certificate or equivalent. 
• Experience in cargo, logistics, warehouse, or airline operations preferred. 
• Basic knowledge of cargo handling procedures and documentation. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment. 
• Good communication and teamwork skills. 
• Physically fit to handle cargo operations activities. 
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
