Site Supervisor/Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

ï· Supervise day-to-day site operations, efficiently allocating tasks and managing manpower for

various trades including carpentry, steel fixing and masonry.

ï· Ensure all works strictly adheres to project drawings, specifications and quality standards.

ï· Monitor labor performance, track timesheets, and efficiently manage on-site resource usage

and associated costs.

ï· Conduct safety briefings to maintain a secure working environment.

ï· Proactively resolve on-site issues, ensuring smooth operation.

ï· Coordinate with project engineer for work planning, execution, and addressing any technical

challenges.

ï· Coordinate the timely delivery and proper handling of materials and equipment on site.

ï· Inform the project engineer well in advance of material requirements to avoid delays.

ï· Purchase any necessary materials from local market as authorized.

ï· Report daily progress to Project Engineer, highlighting achievements and potential issues.

Qualifications:

ï· Diploma in Civil Engineering

ï· Minimum 10+ years of UAE construction experience specifically in water and wastewater

infrastructure projects, including pumping stations, water retaining structures, STPS, RO

plants. Etc.

ï· Valid UAE driving license.

ï· Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering and construction drawings.

ï· Ability to manage multiple sites and work under deadline.

ï· Strong understanding and application of quality control and HSE procedures.

ï· Excellent organizational and planning skills.

ï· Strong communication, leadership and problem solving skills.

Salary Range: 4000 – 7000 AED/month + Accommodation
