Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist students, staff, parents, and visitors professionally

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails

  • Provide accurate information regarding university departments, programs, schedules, and services

  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation

  • Assist students with general inquiries and directions around campus

  • Handle front desk and administrative tasks

  • Manage calls, emails, and visitor inquiries

  • Maintain records and office documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • UAE National candidates ( Female only)

  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Freshers are welcome to apply
