Job description
We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our growing team at New Journey Travel & Tourism LLC. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of travel sales, ticketing, visa assistance, and holiday packages with hands-on experience in GDS systems.
Responsibilities:
- Handle flight bookings, reissuance, cancellations, and travel inquiries
- Promote and sell travel packages, hotel bookings, visas, and tour services
- Assist clients with travel planning and provide excellent customer service
- Operate GDS systems efficiently (Galileo/Amadeus/Sabre)
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers
- Manage group bookings and corporate travel requests
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting
Skills
Desired Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in travel sales
- Strong GDS knowledge and ticketing experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Customer service and sales-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of UAE travel market and visa procedures
- Team player with positive attitude
- Filipino nationality preferred
