MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB Support overall stock management with relevant medical consumable stock levels and distribution to various business units
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Provide overall stock management support that includes the issuing, ordering and recording of relevant stock levels
Monitor and maintain stock levels for medical consumables according to standard procedure
Provide relevant administrative services related to stock deliveries, vendor queries, stock ordering and system processing
Actively participate in planned and unplanned stock takes
Stock is unpacked, labelled and stored as per standard
REQUIRED EDUCATION A Grade 12 certificate
A relevant qualification will be an advantage
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE At least 2 years' medical materials stock management experience
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE - Client service and related management principles
- Knowledge of stock reporting
- Stock management systems and processes
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
