Job description
Job Purpose:
The position will support HVAC operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance activities across cleanrooms and production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintenance and operation of HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust systems, and chilled water systems
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Monitor HVAC parameters and report abnormalities
- Assist in filter replacement, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting
- Support cleanroom environmental compliance and GMP requirements
- Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams during shutdowns and maintenance activities
- Follow safety and pharmaceutical GMP procedures at all times
Education & Experience:
- Diploma / Technical qualification in Mechanical or HVAC field
- 1–3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or cleanroom facilities is preferred
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and tools
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of cleanroom HVAC systems
- Understanding of preventive maintenance practices
- Familiarity with cGMP environment is an advantage
