Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their steel fabrication needs and project pipelines to secure repeat business.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on market penetration within the steel fabrication sector.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client specifications, demonstrating value and technical expertise.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry research, expanding the company's customer base.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, providing a strong foundation for technical understanding.
  • Possession of relevant certifications such as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar, showcasing commitment to sales excellence.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience within the steel fabrication or related construction industry, demonstrating industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling structural steel, plate, or other fabricated steel products, showcasing relevant product familiarity.
