Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.

  • Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and inventory reports.

  • Issue materials to site staff and subcontractors as per approved requests.

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.

  • Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials.

  • Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.

  • Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and logistics teams.

  • Ensure proper documentation of delivery notes, GRN, and material requests.

  • Prevent material loss, damage, and unauthorized usage.

  • Follow company HSE and storekeeping procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Requirements Minimum 2–4 years of experience as Store Keeper in Road, Civil, or Infrastructure Projects.

  • Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and site operations.

  • Experience with inventory systems / ERP software preferred.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, ERP systems).

  • Ability to work under pressure in a site environment.

  • UAE experiences preferred.
