We are seeking an experienced Lead Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in the UAE, specializing in the oil and gas sector with a focus on ADNOC offshore and island projects. The ideal candidate will lead quality assurance and control activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications to support operational excellence and safety. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the quality assurance and quality control processes for ADNOC offshore and island projects, ensuring all activities meet regulatory and company standards. - Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures tailored to offshore oil and gas operations. - Coordinate with project management teams and contractors to enforce quality standards and resolve non-conformities promptly. - Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews of project documentation, materials, and workmanship to identify risks and improve quality outcomes. - Train and mentor quality engineering team members to enhance their skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement. - Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, findings, and corrective actions for senior management and stakeholders. - Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure quality compliance of purchased materials and equipment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably with certifications in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001). - At least 7 years of progressive experience in quality engineering within the oil and gas industry, specifically with ADNOC offshore, island, and PMC projects. - Strong knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices relevant to offshore oil and gas operations. - Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing quality teams and driving compliance initiatives. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to identify quality issues and implement effective solutions. - Proficient in conducting audits, inspections, and preparing technical quality documentation. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a multicultural environment. - Willingness to work in offshore and island environments as required.
