As a Laundry Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the laundry department to ensure efficient and high-quality cleaning of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry. Also, you will supervise the laundry team, maintain operational standards, and ensure all items are handled with care and monitor equipment performance and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety procedures.




Key Responsibilities:




  • Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations and staff activities.
  • Ensure proper washing, drying, ironing, and handling of linens and garments.
  • Monitor laundry equipment and report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and ensure proper stock levels.
  • Ensure all laundry operations comply with hygiene, safety, and quality standard.

About You:




  • Strong knowledge of laundry operations, fabrics, and cleaning procedures.
  • Leadership and team-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently..
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and busy operational periods.
  • Presentable, well-groomed, and committed to luxury service standards.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in hospitality industry will be an added value.
  • High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management is often required.
