Quarum Technical Services LLC, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Sales Executive with experience in Fit-Out and Furniture projects to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business for Fit-Out & Furniture projects, Generate leads through cold calling and networking.
- Identify potential clients and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients
- Coordinate with design, production, and project teams
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Proven experience in Fit-Out and Furniture sales (UAE market preferred)
- Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate and close deals
- Gather market feedback

Requirements:
- Proven sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the UAE market
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 per month + % from profit or contract and performance bonus.
Work Location: In person
