Key Responsibilities Perform minimally invasive surgical procedures on pediatric patients, including laparoscopic and thoracoscopic surgeries.
Assess, diagnose, and develop surgical treatment plans tailored to pediatric patients.
Collaborate with pediatricians, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive perioperative care.
Monitor patient progress post-surgery and manage any complications effectively.
Educate patients’ families regarding surgical procedures, risks, and post-operative care.
Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with institutional policies.
Stay updated on emerging minimally invasive surgical techniques and integrate them into practice when appropriate.
