The successful candidate will provide expert neonatal care, focusing on critically ill and premature infants in a state-of-the-art NICU environment.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute treatment plans, ensuring optimal health outcomes and compassionate family support.
Key Responsibilities: Provide specialized medical care to newborns requiring intensive neonatal support.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnostics, and treatment planning.
Perform neonatal procedures and interventions adhering to best practice standards.
Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care.
Communicate effectively with families regarding patient status, treatment options, and prognoses.
