Overview of the role:
Welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their requirements, and ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
What you will do:
- Welcome all showroom visitors and log reasons for visit
- Direct customers to the relevant team members efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service in line with company policies
- Resolve customer queries promptly and escalate where required
- Capture and maintain accurate visitor information (time, date, enquiry)
- Understand customer requirements to ensure efficient handling of enquiries
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal teams and processes
Skills
Required skills to be successful:
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions
- Basic knowledge of IT systems
- Professional, proactive, and engaging attitude
About the team:
You will be part of the Automotive EV showroom team, supporting the Branch Sales Manager and sales staff in delivering a smooth and professional customer journey for all showroom visitors.
