Summary
Responsible for managing assigned retail outlets including stock management, merchandising, order generation, collections follow-up, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales and distribution targets. The role also ensures proper in-store visibility, product availability, and coordination with internal teams for smooth operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute sales and distribution plans within assigned outlets.
• Ensure compliance with company merchandising standards and planograms.
• Monitor market conditions, outlet requirements, and competitor activities.
• Visit assigned retail outlets as per route plan.
• Manage stock levels, FIFO implementation, expiry checks, and damages.
• Maintain product visibility and merchandising standards.
• Generate orders and coordinate deliveries with back-office and logistics teams.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Follow up on overdue collections and report payment status.
• Maintain accurate records of outlet activities and reporting requirements.
Skills
Minimum 2+ years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably within retail distribution and pre-sell operations in the UAE market
High School / Secondary Education or equivalent
Negotiation skills, communication skills, selling techniques, merchandising knowledge, organization skills, attention to detail, professionalism
Valid UAE driving License; Fluent English, additional language is an advantage.
