Hiring: Data Analyst – Power BI & Banking

� Location: Fujairah, UAE (Onsite)
� Experience: 5–11 Years
� Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Business / Finance / IT / Related Field)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst – Power BI & Banking to support enterprise reporting, business analysis, and data-driven decision-making initiatives within the banking domain. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Banking Analytics, along with excellent stakeholder management and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams and source system teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.

• Gather business requirements and develop functional/business specifications.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, BI reports, and analytical reports.

• Perform data analysis, validation, and support BAU reporting activities.

• Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for requirement clarification and execution.

• Support UAT activities by preparing test scenarios, coordinating execution, and validating results.

• Ensure compliance with banking governance, regulatory, and reporting standards.

• Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, and analytical specifications.

• Identify reporting gaps, optimize processes, and improve dashboard efficiency.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Power BI, SQL, and Banking Data Analytics.

• Banking domain experience, especially in Finance / Operations / Reporting functions.

• Strong analytical and data validation capabilities.

• Experience in dashboard development and BI reporting.

• Requirement gathering and stakeholder management.

• UAT support and test scenario validation.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
