• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
• Prepare and manage HR reports, documentation, and employee files as per company standards.
• Ensure all employee-related practices comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with the PRO for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave balances, and absences, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including reviewing attendance records and deductions.
• Manage end-of-service calculations and processing of employee settlements in accordance with labor regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Certifications in CIPD, SHRM or equivalent is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Familiarity with HR software or HRIS platforms.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an HR generalist or employee relations role in UAE, preferably in F&B, hospitality or related field.
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing and WPS compliance.
