About the role:

We are looking for a Strategic Financial Analyst to join Huspy. This person will support the Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while working closely with different business teams to help support the company’s growth plans. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants exposure to strategic finance within a growing business.

The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across different business units and products
• Track actual performance vs forecasts and assist in improving forecasting accuracy
• Prepare financial reports and analysis to support business and management decision-making
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, reports, and documentation
• Support monthly reporting processes, including income statements and cash flow tracking
• Work closely with business stakeholders to support planning, reporting, and operational finance activities
• Assist with preparing reports and materials for leadership, investors, and other stakeholders

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy

• 2–4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), finance, accounting, or a related role
• Experience working with financial/accounting software and Excel or Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (IFRS knowledge is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Work Setup: Hybrid in Dubai.
