Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Management: Execute and manage the sales strategy for international and regional corporate brands looking to capture the UAE market.
Corporate Client Acquisition: Actively engage, negotiate, and close deals with corporate decision-makers, managing partners, and business owners.
Project Liaison: Act as the primary commercial point of contact between our global corporate clients and local business partners in the UAE.
Pipeline Management: Build, monitor, and drive a high-velocity sales pipeline, ensuring consistent conversion rates and timely deal closure.
Desired Candidate Profile
Visa Status: Candidates possessing a self-sponsored visa (e.g., Golden Visa, Investor Visa, Freelance Visa, or Spouse/Family Sponsorship) are strongly preferred.
Proven Sales Experience: 3 to 5+ years of successful experience in a Sales Manager, Account Manager, or Business Development Manager role within the UAE market.
Strong Professional Network: An active portfolio of professional connections across UAE's corporate, commercial, or tech industries.
Closing Capability: Solid experience navigating B2B sales cycles, managing multi-stakeholder negotiations, and closing contracts.
Autonomous Drive: An entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to manage your own outreach strategies and schedules independently.
