AI Automation & Viral Video Systems Specialist (Full-Time)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Automation & Viral Video Systems Specialist to help build scalable AI-powered content production systems capable of generating hundreds of short-form viral videos, reels, and social media ads for multiple clients across different industries.
This is not a basic video editing role.
We are looking for someone who understands:

Key Responsibilities
AI Video Automation
- Build AI workflows that generate high volumes of short-form content
- Create automated pipelines for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook videos
- Develop systems for:

- Automate repetitive content creation processes

- AI-generated commercials
- Optimize hooks, pacing, captions, and retention
Automation & Scaling
- Build fully automated content generation systems
- Create reusable templates and workflows
- Set up batch processing pipelines
- Automate video generation, rendering, subtitles, uploads, and asset management
- Help scale production to hundreds of videos monthly
Requirements
MUST HAVE
- Proven experience with AI video generation tools
- Strong understanding of viral short-form content
- Experience creating Reels/TikToks/Shorts
- Understanding of prompt engineering
- Experience with automation tools and APIs
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fast learner who keeps up with rapidly changing AI tools
