What's in it for you:
The IT Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of IT project management methodologies, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
What you will do:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT Infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, vendors, and external partners, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management, through regular reports and presentations.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, lessons learned, and process enhancements.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience in IT project management on large enterprise platforms or programs.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with budget management and financial tracking preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
