The successful candidate will specialize in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients recovering from physical injuries or disabilities.
This role involves designing personalized rehabilitation programs aimed at improving patient mobility, function, and quality of life.
Working closely with interdisciplinary teams, you will contribute to comprehensive patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities Evaluate and diagnose patients requiring physical rehabilitation.
Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans tailored to patient needs.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols accordingly.
Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies and home care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
Stay current with advances in physical rehabilitation medicine.
