Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Legal Counsel to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Act as a key legal advisor to executive leadership and the Board, providing strategic guidance on complex and high-impact matters.
• Lead negotiation and execution of major commercial agreements and strategic transactions.
• Oversee enterprise-wide legal risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Manage high-stakes disputes and litigation, including coordination with external counsel.
• Support M&A activity, joint ventures, and corporate structuring initiatives.
• Shape and implement legal strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain internal policies, contractual standards, and governance procedures.
• Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments and advise on business impact.
• Ensure the legal function delivers proactive, commercially focused support across the organisation.

Skills

To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in law. An MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors. 
• Experience in contract management, legal advisory, corporate governance and risk mitigation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic is a must.
