JOB TITLE: English Teacher

Start Date: August 2025 (New Academic Year)

About the Opportunity

AS Consultancy is currently recruiting qualified and passionate English Teachers for our client schools across the UAE. We are looking for educators who can deliver high-quality English instruction and create a positive, engaging learning environment aligned with UAE Ministry of Education standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons
• Teach reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and literature skills
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor and assess student progress while maintaining accurate academic records
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities
• Follow the school’s curriculum framework and UAE MOE guidelines
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners

Skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience as an English Teacher
• Native or near-native English speaker preferred
• Experience with British, American, IB, or CBE curriculum is an advantage
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Valid teaching licence (or eligibility to obtain one in the UAE)
• Passion for education and student development
