Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Structural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with RAK Municipality regulations and client vision.
Prepare and present detailed Structural drawings, plans, and specifications using relevant software for project approvals.
Coordinate with Architect, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to integrate designs seamlessly and ensure project feasibility.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural from a recognized university.
Must hold a valid RAK Municipality Structural License, demonstrating eligibility to practice architecture in RAK.
Have a minimum of 8 years of relevant Structural experience, with a focus on projects in the UAE or GCC region.
Demonstrate proficiency in Structural design software such as Etab, Revit, and safe tools.
