We are seeking a highly autonomous Strategic Account Executive to spearhead our expansion across the GCC, with a primary focus on Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
This is a high-reward, 100% commission-based role designed for seasoned sales professionals, fractional sales directors, or independent consultants who possess an established network of C-level decision-makers. You will act as the face of Astrexa in the region, managing the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure for high-ticket enterprise contracts.
Pipeline Generation: Autonomously source, identify, and qualify enterprise leads across the UAE, leveraging your existing executive network.
End-to-End Deal Management: Lead complex B2B sales cycles, navigating enterprise procurement processes and negotiating contracts.
Solution Pitching: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Astrexa’s AI-driven ERP, CRM, and WMS suites to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with our central engineering and leadership teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations and sandbox environments for prospects.
Market Intelligence: Provide ground-level insights into competitor movements, pricing expectations, and regional software demands.
Skills
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience selling high-value Enterprise Software, SaaS, or complex IT solutions within the GCC.
- Domain Expertise: Strong conceptual understanding of ERP, CRM, or WMS architectures and the operational challenges they solve for large businesses.
- Established Network: A robust, active network of CTOs, CIOs, and Operations Directors in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Ability to audit a prospect's operational workflows and position AI/ML predictive analytics as the solution.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Highly self-motivated, comfortable operating independently as a contractor, and motivated by an uncapped, high-percentage revenue model.
- Visa Status: Must possess an active UAE residency visa (Golden Visa, Freelance Visa, or equivalent) allowing for independent contractor work.
Compensation Structure
This is a 100% commission-only partnership. We redirect the budget typically spent on base salaries directly into aggressive, industry-leading commission tiers for our closers.
