Job description
Assist in the development and maintenance of in-house applications under the guidance of the Project Support Manager and the Senior team members to meet end users' requirements efficiently and effectively
Responsibilities:
Design, code, and deploy user-friendly, scalable web applications tailored to construction workflows
Configure and optimize web server environment, connect web apps with tools like Primavera P6, In Eight, and other project management systems
Build and maintain databases, ensuring secure and efficient data storage and retrieval
Conduct thorough testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing updates based on user feedback
Work with various departments to gather requirements and align applications with business needs
Create technical documentation and train users on application functionalities
Research and implement emerging web technologies to enhance applications and ensure compliance with security best practices
Implement robust user authentication and authorization measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with security standards
Assist in coordinating activities with several sections to ensure progress and completion of work under the direction of senior data engineers
Assist users’ critical requirements and help them in customizing processes to automate them
Monitor and improve work progress to ensure timely completion while adhering to quality standards
Support in the assessment of working practices and system to continuously improve system performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of related work experience in similar industries
